Return window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Not returnable: Used items, items that have been damaged through improper use, gift cards, and items marked Final Sale — unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping cost: Free if the issue is our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item). Otherwise, the customer covers return shipping.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item (3–5 business days), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations: Free anytime before an order ships.
